Tube Extrusion & Laminating

Redfox manufactures round tubes including diameters 13mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm and 60mm.
Oval tubes in diameters 30mm, 35mm, 40mm and 50mm.
Materials that are commonly used are Sugarcane, PCR, OBP, PMU, Biodegradable material, LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, EVOH, ABL, PBL, Laser, Soft Touch.
Redfox can manufacture tubes in different layer structures including Single Layer, Two Layers, Five Layers and Alu-Laminate Barrier. Our Five Layers allows us to manufacture EVOH barrier tubes.

Blowing Bottle

Bottles range in size from 5ml to 500ml and can be manufactured using Sugarcane, PCR, PLA, OBP, PMU, Biodegradable material, PET, HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, PP and Soft Touch.
Various types including Boston Round, Bullet, Cylinders, Square, Oval, Tottle, Foamer Bottles etc., custom shape accepted.
Matched flip top cap, smooth & ribbed cap, disc cap, turret cap, pump, sprayer etc.
Custom printing and labeling options available.

Injection Bottles and Jars

Injection Bottle, Airless Bottles and Jars can be manufactured from 5ml to 200ml in either single wall and twin wall components using AS, PS, PP, PE and PETG.
Our Acrylic Jars and Bottles can be manufactured from 5ml to 200ml in using Acrylic (PMMA) material, which make the cosmetic products with high-level packaging and look.
Refillable bottles and jars are available with various types and volumes.
