PMUis one of our new biodegradable materials,themain component is calcium carbonate (CaCO3), addingfood-grade polymer and MU additive,then activationtreatment by physical polymer hyperdispersion modifi-cation,the ultra dispersed and activated raw materialsare melted,mixed,extruded and granulated to thismaterial.Biodegradable, designedto eliminate pollution, reduce GHG emissions and recover clean renewable energy. Ourbiodegradable material is tested by Eden Research Laboratory with results that it was foundto take 54l days for 87% of the polypropylene component of the bottle sample tested to con-vert into co2,CH4, water, and biomass forms.

PMu complies with ASTM D5511 Standard TestingMethod, equivalent to ISO 15985:2014, which can take695 days in nature environment (in soil and sea) for 90%of the polypropylene component to convert into cO2,CH4,water and biomass forms, instead of traditionalindustry composting.

Feathers and Advantages of PMU material:
1.Energy saving and carbon reduction: 55%-75% calciumcarbonate in substitute ofpetrochemical basedenergy; Carbon reduction can reach 70%-75%;

2.Recyclable: Not only has anaerobic degradation characteris-tics, but also can be recycled many times without affectingthe existing recycling system;

3. Incinerable: No toxic and harmful gas is emitted.ThroughsGs detection, the content of residual micro particles afterincineration is about 0.3-0.5 per 10000;

4.Biodegradable: It can be naturally degraded under anaero-bic conditions, that is, it can be naturally decomposed in soiland sea;

5. Non-hazardous:The products made of Mu material are notharmful to human health;

6.Cost advantage:The price is slightly higher than that oftraditional plastics, which is about 30%-35% of the price ofPLA;

7.Good plasticity:Adapt to various production processes; theproduct performance meets the use requirements in allaspects.
